Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Geologically significant hill with many stratigraphic, paleontological and sedimentological features. The wall of old quarry exposes section through the Lower Devonian coral reef. Rich in fossils as well as the overlying limestones. Quaternary sediments also developed, archeologically important. Numerous karst features.
