Short characteristics of the site:
Prominent ridge in an Ohře River valley. Isolated volcanic phenomenon on the deep-seated Krušné Hory fault. Lava flow of the ultrabasic nephelinite melilite covers crystalline basement and a fault line. Volcanologically and tectonically significant locality.
