Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Moravian Palaeozoic. Outcrops in the Olomouc City. Greenish-greyish Culm greywackes and brownish conglomerates are present. Rhythmic alternation of these two rock types. Conglomerates are fine grained and of petromictic composition. Greywackes are massive and fractured.
