Short characteristics of the site:
Marlstone cliffs and pillars in the area of talus forests on slopes of the Metuje River and its tributaries, southern part of the Broumovsko PLA. The cliffs of marlstones to limestones form several levels, deformed by dense jointing. They are surrounded by blocky to stony marlstone talus. Jizera Formation, Bohemian Cretaceous Basin.
