Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Rocks in the wood up to 10 m high, approx. 500 m N of Horní Javoří village. Kumburk Formation, Brusnice Member (Carboniferous, Westphalian D - Cantabrian), conglomerate facies. Medium to coarse grained conglomerates, very hard (siliceous cement), oligomictic, locally feldspathic sandstones with pebbles admixture. Diagonal bedding in parts.
