Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Moravosilesian Domain, Brno Massif. Outcrop series along a Brno Dam lake. Tectonically strongly affected diorites, granodiorites and granites. Locally mylonitization is extremely intensive. These rocks are situated along western tectonic zone of the Brno Massif. Also basalt and aplite veins are present. On this locality (Nature Monument)forest vegetation and rare reptile species are protected.
