Short characteristics of the site:
Old flooded open pit with a set of different metamorphic rocks: medium-grained amphibolite with relics of a gabbro texture, fine-grained garnet-bearing eclogite, dense eclogite with pyrhotite and zoisite. Petrologically very interesting locality.
