Short characteristics of the site:
Old quarry with tectonically deformed ultrabasic rocks, namely garnet-bearing serpentinites. They form a boudine embedded in heterogeneous metamorphites of the Kutná Hora Crystalline. Intensive mylonitisation. Petrologically interesting locality.
