Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
One of the most important exposures of the Middle Cambrian of the Skryje-Týřovice area. Classic locality of trilobite fauna. Skryje shales of the Jince beds yielded also some other important Cambrian fauna. This locality is stratigraphically and paleontologically extremely significant.
