Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Semi-blind karst valley which developed along the contact between the Devonian limestones and the granitoids of the Brno Massif. It could be called marginal polje. Very instructive karst locality. This locality is registered as Nature Reserve in the Protected Landscape Area Moravský kras - the Moravian Karst.
