Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Road cut exposing magmatites of the Dolní Vltava pluton near their contact with the Barrandian Upper Proterozoic. The granitoid is strongly weathered and fissured and can be classified as biotite granodiorite. Petrologically significant locality.
