Short characteristics of the site:
Active gravel pit exposing terrace sediments of a Middle Pleistocene age. Loamy gravel layer is 500 cm thick and rich in feldspars. Sedimentologically interesting, also imortant from the viewpoint of Quaternary stratigraphy.
