Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Abandoned quarries and giant blocks. These blocks represent a denudational relic of a Říčany granite with typical feldspar phenocrysts. On a granite surface there are abundant mesorelief forms on block surface, as pseudokars and grooves. Geomorphologically and historically important locality.
