Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Paleozoic of the Krkonoše-Jizera crystalline. Abandoned limestone quarry from the 19th century. It offers entrance to the karst cave, the longest one in the Krkonoše National Park. It is currently under speleologic investigation. Four levels were discovered, some of them with dripstone decoration. Stalactites are up to 25 cm long. In the lowermost level karst lake can be found. This cave was discovered in 1887.
