Geology
Short characteristics of the site: The Krkonoše-Jizera Crystallined. Morpphologically extremely iterestng area, showing elevavations towering above intensively levelled relief. So called tors represent one of typical features of this area. The relief has been modelled by frost weathering and shows many traces of periglacial processes. Basement rock consists of a fine grained granite with biotite and idíomorphic quartz crystals.
