Short characteristics of the site: Road cut with a section of Cretaceous sediments (Korycany Beds, Cenomanian). They consist of clayey and silty sandstones overlain by spongilitic and glauconiic marlstones with silicite layers. Common biogenic textures. Sedimentologically interesting locality.
