Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Waterfalls of a cascade type. They were formed in a gorge with rocks of keratophyre composition near their contact with basic metavolcanites and metatuffs. Interesting landform phenomena.
Regional geologic unit: Bohemian Massif - crystalline complex and pre-Variscian Palaeozoic - Moravosilesian region - Silezicum
