Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Medieval gold mine. Mineralized zone is formed of a system of quartz lenses and veins within metaquartzites, micaschists, paragneisses and interlayers of quartzite, erlane and amfibolite. Historically significant locality. The locality is accessible by an educational trail. It is recommended for protection in the Protected Landscape Area Jeseníky.
