Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Outcrops on a hill. Precambrian, mylonitized granitoids of the Brno Massif are exposed. They are thrust over quartzose sandstones and conglomerates which belong stratigraphically to the Devonian Basal Clastic Formation. Baryte and amethyst of hydothermal origin on fissures.
