Short characteristics of the site: Abandoned vegetated quarry. Outcrop of nearly whole sequence of multicoloured nodular Křtiny Limestone belonging to the Líšeň Formation (Famennian and Lower Tournaisian). Limestones yielded important conodont fauna for a stratigraphical correlation. This locality is recommended for protection.
