Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Small outcrops in the slope. Sandstones and conglomerates at the base are overlain by grey claystones. These claystones pertain to the Peruc Member (Cretaceous, Cenomanian) and were exploited as a refractory raw material. A fault near this outcrop belongs to the Ohře fault zone. A sedimentologically and tectonically important locality.
