Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Dominant hill the summit part of which consists of thick dyke of neovolcanite. This rock has been classified as alkaline sodalithe trachyte. It has complicated structure with numerou veins. Along the hill foot outcrops of quartzose sandstones of the Jizera Formatipon (Middle Turonian). Petrologically and geomorphologically interesting locality.
