Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Neoproterozoic wackstones and volcaniclastic rocks in the outcrop near Doubrava, SE of Skořice. Volcaniclastics are rich in glass, their textures are chaotic with fragments of wackstones localy. They are alternating with beds of wackstones. Both types of rocks are part of Cadomian accretionary wedge.
