Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Depression in a slope exposes a section of quartzone sandstones of the Ottnang (Neogene) age. According to exposed oblique bedding sedimentary environment of sands can be distinguished. They were deposited in foreset part of delta. Described sands are covered by aeolian loess, some ancient soils and fluvial sediments.
