Geology
Short characteristics of the site: This locality is called "Pohanské kameny - the Pagan Stones". It is formed by grouping of granite blocks into interesting geomorphological features. This granite is porphyric with great amount of biotite. Erosion took an important place in the modelling of this area. Also rock arch was formed together with rock potholes. This locality forms a part of the Krkonoše-Jizera Crystalline of Proterozoic and Palaeozoic ages.
