Geology
Short characteristics of the site: This locality is represented by two abandoned galleries (adits) 5 metres resp. 10 metres long. These galleries were driven in a two-mica granite and pegmatite. It was planned to exploit this granite for ceramic purposes. Present feldspar was of special interest. Along granite body margins contact with metamorphic rocks was detected. In the pegmatite dykes also red garnet and black turmaline were found. This locality belongs to the Upper Moravian Vale.
