Geology
Short characteristics of the site: This locality is in the form of a ledge or escarp. The rocks consist of a stromatitic migmatite up to migmatitized paragneisses with transition to biotitic metaquartzitic gneiss. Numerous boudins are made of metaquartzites and metaquartzitic gneisses and also erlans. Three metamorphic types of structure are observable, i.e. from foliation up to crenulation. This locality belongs to the Bohemian Moldanubicum.
