Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Jatny Creek and adjacent rivercuts of Olše river expose complete section of the "Formation of Pebbly Mudstones" defined by Menčík et al (1983)in the uppermost part of Subsilesian sedimentary succession. The formation is composed of turbidites and overlying mass flow sediments with exotic blocks deposited probably in the submarine canyon.
