Geology
Short characteristics of the site: The locality is situated just on the traceable fault. Surrounding hornblendites with granulite fragments show tectonic crushing and hydrothermal alteration. Typical tectonic brecciation is abundant. Amphibolite blocks appear with amphibole phenocrysts as much as 2 cm large. This locality is situated in the Protected Landscape Area Šumava.
