Geology
Short characteristics of the site: This locality is of hydrogeological interest. Its description embraces an water wells, groundwater collectors and isolators, galleries and hydrogeological drillings. The Cretaceous sediments consist of the Cenomanian sandstones and Middle Turonian marlstones and spongilites. The Železné hory Mts. Fault deliminates individual aquifers. This area is typical with its multicollector system. It belongs to the National Geopark "Železné hory - the Iron Mountains".
