Geology
Short characteristics of the site: This locality consists of two units, Proterozoic conglomerates and complex of submagmatic rocks. The Litošice conglomerate is accompanied by Proterozoic schists and greywackes. Te magmatic dykes consist of thoyolites with olivine, metarhyolites and metaandesites. The Litošice conglomerate contains clasts of unknown provenance. It was supposed to be deposited by glacigenic processes. The whole area is of interest from the geomorphological view. The locality belongs to the National Geopark "Železné hory - the Iron Mountains".
