Geology
Short characteristics of the site: MOldanuibicum, magmatites, Šumava Mts. Summit part of an elevation exposes outcrops of leucocratic migmatite. Three types of migmatites were recognized; lighter one resembles orthogneiss. Darker type contains biotite and sillimanite. Foliation is linked with quatz-feldspar bands and lenses of secretory quartz. Microtectonics was analysed in detail and magnetic susceptibility\ measured.
