Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Bro Massif, diorite zone. Quarry in inhabited area, exposing mylonites in the Jndrov granodiorite. Main rock can be described as biotite tonalite passing ionto broad mylonite zone. Tonalites contain prevailing plagioclase with potassium feldspar, quartz, Hornblende and biotite with accessoric sphene, opaque minerals and apatite. In the upper parts of this quarry local relic of gravel of Pleistocene Tuřany terrace ooccur.
