Short characteristics of the site: The Krušné hory (Erzgebirge) Mts. Crystalline. Rocky slope, exposing Proterozoic biotite up to biotite-muscovite paragneiss, locally feldspathized, also with a layer of garnet amphibolite.
Regional geologic unit: Bohemian Massif - crystalline complex and pre-Variscian Palaeozoic - Saxothuringicum - Krušné hory and Smrčiny crystalline complexes
