Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Orlice-Sněžník Crystalline. Disseminated outcrops and exposed rocks in the Branná River channel. Alternation of hornblende orthogneisses with leptynite-hornblende stromatites. Intensity of metamorphic deformational changes in the two rocks is variable. There are changes in grain size and preferred orientation of textural elements.
