Short characteristics of the site: Orlice-Sněžník Crystalline. Rocky summit parts of the Studený Hill. Outcrops consist of fine grained laminated orthogneiss of a Gieraltow Type. Interesting macro- and mesorelief features.
Regional geologic unit: Bohemian Massif - crystalline complex and pre-Variscian Palaeozoic - Lugicum - Orlice-Sněžník crystalline complex
