Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Barrandian Proterozoic. Steep slopes overlooking Berounka River valley. Series of outcrops of Upper Proterozoic graphitic and alum schists with interlayers of lydites and spilites. Also some quartzite and limestone layers occur. Thick colluvial deposits, blocky and loamy scree. Rich and interesting vegetation.
