Geology
Short characteristics of the site: West Carpathians, Quaternary. Sinter cascade, carbonate was deposited by a spring. Underlying Lower Cretaceous marlstones, micritic limestones and calcareous sandstones served as a source of carbonate. Slopes are liable to gravitational movements. This locality is protected as a Nature Monument.
