Short characteristics of the site: The Dřevařský rybník Pond (Flöfteich) is a reservoir from the Baroque times, founded on the crest of the Krušné hory Mountains on a fault running towards Hora Sv. Kateřiny and the Brandov Basin. Water for the pond is sourced from hidden groundwater issues following faults and joints in the crystalline basement. This locality is recommended for protection.
