Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Moldaubicum of Šumava Mts. Abandoned pit quarries. Crystalline limestones were quarried there, partly in underground galleries. Crystalline limestones are whitish and greyish, some parts contain elevated amounts of trace elements. Interesting vegetation, wintering ground oof bats.
