Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Krkonoše-Jizera crystalline. Lusatian Massif and Krkonoše-Jizera Massif. Old abandoned quarry with alkali trachyte, light grey, massive, with porphyritic texture. In the groundmass phenocrysts of sanidine, anorthoclase and some aegirinaugite occur. Accessoric analcite, nepheline and apatite are also present.
