Geology
Short characteristics of the site: West Carpathians. Nature Monumenmt. Natural rocky outcrops on a ridge exposing coarse grained sandstones and conglomerates of the Račany Unit of the Magura Flysch (Paleocene age). Thick blocky scree on adjacent slopes. Vegetated by mixed forests with prevailing beech.
