Short characteristics of the site: Large outcrops in the Upper Silurian and Lower Devonian sequences. They start with the volcanic development of the Silurian Motol Formation, continue with the shallow-water facies of the Požáry Formation up to well exposed Silurian/Devonian boundary interval.
