Geology
Short characteristics of the site: West Carpathians, Magura Flysch. Natural outcrops on a ridge consisting of sandstones and claystones of the Zlín Formation (Paleocene - Eocene). Sandstones are fractured and modelled by selective erosion. This ridge is locally separated into castellated rocks, pillars and columnar bodies Also pseudokarst cave is present there. Small occurrence of calcareous tufa was found. Protected as Nature Reserve.
