Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Subsidence depression on the hill summit. Evidences of old mining of silver and later polymetallic ores. The recent depression exposes a section through a Cretaceous basal conglomerate and overlying loess with Quaternary slope sediments. Locality frequented by tourists.
