Short characteristics of the site: Elevation with outcrops of hard porcelanites on Cretaceous marlstones. A formerly important paleontological locality with abundant marine bivalves and gastropods in Cretaceous claystones. Pyritized casts of fossils. Also botanically interesting locality.
