Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Instructive locality from the viewpoint of engineering geology. Rock fall and subsequent landslide movements affected volcanic rocks, pyroclastic sediments and Cretaceous sandstones. Example of a modelling of steep slopes of the Labe (Elbe) River valley.
