Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Rocky pillars and frost cliffs surrounded by felsenmeer, blocky scree and boulder flows. Huge sharp-edged blocks, cryoplanational terraces, mesorelief forms on rock walls, as honeycombs and abri. The rock is formed of fine- up to medium-grained muscovite-biotite porphyritic granite of Mrákotín type. Petrologically and geomorphologically very interesting locality.
