Short characteristics of the site: Rock consisting of lithoclastic volcaniclastic sediments and magmatic breccia. This association belongs to the Kralupy-Zbraslav Group of the Barrandian Proterozoic. Volcanologically and petrologically very interesting locality.
Regional geologic unit: Bohemian Massif - crystalline complex and pre-Variscian Palaeozoic - Bohemicum (Central Bohemian region) - Barrandien
