Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Rocky summit area of a hill. Outcrops consist of stratified, silicified medium- to coarse-grained quartzose sandstones of the Bílá hora Formation. These sandstones exhibit common cross bedding. Oyster shells are abundant. A sedimentologically interesting locality.
